Retours et remboursements

Order cancellation:

You can request to cancel your order. You must contact our team by email (hola@flamingueo.com), indicating your order number and "CANCELLATION" in the subject line. Your request will be reviewed as soon as possible. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been prepared or are with the shipping agency.

Return period:

Vous disposez d'un délai de 15 jours calendaires à compter de la réception pour retourner un produit.

The return period for orders placed during the Christmas season (from December 1st to January 5th) will be extended until 01/13/2026 or 15 days from receipt if this results in a longer period than indicated. Returns will not be accepted after the deadline.

Expédition de retour :

The customer must cover the shipping costs for returns to our warehouses in Spain. If the customer complies with the established return period and conditions, they must send an email requesting the product's return. We will provide the return address in response to the request.

Conditions de retour :

If you don't like the product, it doesn't meet your expectations, or you simply wish to return it, you can do so as long as it is within the return period (15 calendar days from receipt).

For the product return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • You must return exactly what was delivered. Don't forget to include instructions and accessories inside the box.
  • The packaging must be original and in the same condition as when it was received. You must send the package with the external protective packaging it was delivered with. If these have been discarded, the customer must send it with similar protective packaging and never stick the carrier's label directly onto the product's own box.
  • The product must be clean and in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage.

If you meet the return conditions, you must send an email to hola@flamingueo.com indicating the order number and reason for return. If everything is correct, we will send you the return instructions so you can proceed with the return.

If the conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the return and refund. Please note that some products, by their very nature, have special return conditions indicated on the product page (decorative mirrors, clothing, shoes, glasses, and thermoses).

2. Return due to breakage or damage of the product during shipping or delivery:

We ship our fragile products with special protections for each product and strive for excellent delivery service. Sometimes this is not enough, and the product may arrive with some damage or breakage.

The customer has 15 days from the delivery of the package to report the incident. They must contact us by sending an email to hola@flamingueo.com, indicating the order number, the problem, and attaching images of the breakage or fault (packaging, product, and shipping labels). We will review the case as soon as possible to provide an immediate solution.

3. Return due to manufacturing defect.

Send us an email to hola@flamingueo.com indicating your order number, a brief explanation of the product's problem, as well as proof of the fault or problem (video and images if necessary). We will review the case as soon as possible to provide an immediate solution.

4. Return due to a mistake or error in order shipment.

If you receive a product that does not match what you purchased, it may be due to a packaging error or an error with the transport company. The customer has 15 days to notify the incident: send us an email to hola@flamingueo.com, indicating your order number and photos of the package received. We will review the case as soon as possible to provide an immediate solution.

5. Packs and 2x1 campaigns.

PACKS AND 2X1 CAMPAIGNS HAVE SPECIAL RETURN CONDITIONS. ONLY THE COMPLETE PACK CAN BE RETURNED.

Remboursements :

Our team will review the return once it is received in our warehouse, within a maximum of 10 business days from its receipt (this period may be affected during promotional or holiday periods). Once reviewed and approved, we will refund the amount associated with the returned products to the original payment method of the order. You will receive a refund confirmation email once processed. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 days for the money to appear in your account.

In the following cases, the buyer will be refunded the amount of the products but in no case the shipping cost already incurred:

  • Package held at the destination branch for more than 15 days and returned to our warehouse because the customer did not request or pick it up.
  • Colis non retiré au bureau dans les délais impartis.
  • If the address is incomplete or incorrect, and we have not received a response from the customer.
