Délais de livraison :

Product delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the country of delivery. The delivery period will begin once the order shipment confirmation email has been received. Pre-ordered products will be shipped after the date indicated on the product page.

    The delivery time for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is 4 to 7 business days. The only available delivery method will be collection at the nearest post office to the postal code indicated in the shipping address.

    Orders will be prepared and handed over to the transport agency within 24-72 business hours, provided that the shipping details provided by the customer are correct. Order preparation times may be affected during periods of high demand (holidays, offers, and promotions). No shipments will be made on holidays or weekends.

    • SPAIN (Peninsula): FREE from €75. Under €75 calculated during the checkout process according to the selected delivery method.
    • CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA: fixed cost of €9.50 (For orders over €150, the customer must pay customs fees).
    • BALEARIC ISLANDS: FREE from €85. Under €85 calculated during the checkout process according to the selected delivery method.
    • PORTUGAL: FREE from €75. Under €75, the shipping cost is €5.90. Shipments to the Islands have a fixed cost of €120.
    • FRANCE, BELGIUM, GERMANY, ITALY: FREE from €150. Under €150, shipping costs are €8.
    • OTHER: €80. Some areas or postal codes may be excluded from these rates.
    • INTERNATIONAL: Approximately €80. (Some areas or postal codes may be subject to higher shipping costs than indicated).
    • SWITZERLAND: additional customs cost of approximately 7% of the invoice.

    Heavy products such as mirrors and umbrella bases have special shipping:

    • Peninsula: €5
    • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and France: €15
    • Portugal, Germany, and Italy: €10
    • UK, Cyprus, and Malta: €150

    Additional information:

    Delivery costs are specified on the invoice and in the order summary. Flamingueo works with the best courier companies to offer good service and applies standard shipping rates without additional cost. The data provided by the customer is registered on the Flamingueo website and constitutes proof of the commercial transaction. After the customer validates the order, Flamingueo will send an email to notify the purchase. Flamingueo reserves the right not to make a delivery if the customer has any dispute with Flamingueo.
