Délais de livraison :

Product delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the country of delivery. The delivery period will begin once the shipping confirmation email for the order has been received. Pre-order products will be shipped after the date indicated on the product page.

    Delivery times in Spain (Peninsula) are 1 to 3 working days.

    Delivery time for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is 4 to 7 working days; the only available delivery method will be collection at the nearest post office to the postcode indicated in the shipping address.

    International delivery times are 5 to 7 working days.

    Orders will be prepared and delivered to the transport agency within 24-72 working hours, provided that the shipping details provided by the customer are correct. Order preparation times may be affected during periods of high demand (holidays, offers, and promotions). No shipments will be made on holidays or weekends.

    • SPAIN (Peninsula): FREE from €69. Below €69 calculated during checkout according to the selected delivery method.
    • ÎLES CANARIES, CEUTA ET MELILLA : coût fixe de 9,50 € (Pour les commandes supérieures à 150 €, le client doit payer les frais de douane).
    • PORTUGAL: FREE from €60. Below €60, the shipping cost is €4.90. Shipments to the Islands have a fixed cost of €120.
    • FRANCE, BELGIUM, GERMANY, ITALY: FREE from €130. Below €130, shipping costs are €5.
    • REST OF EUROPE: FREE from €250. Below €250, shipping costs are €12. Some areas or postcodes may be excluded from these rates.
    • INTERNATIONAL: approximately €70. (Some areas or postcodes may be subject to higher transport costs than those indicated).
    • SWITZERLAND: additional customs cost of around 7% of the invoice.

    Additional information:

    Delivery costs are specified on the invoice and in the order summary. Flamingueo works with the best courier companies to offer good service and applies standard shipping rates without additional cost. The data provided by the customer is recorded on the Flamingueo website and constitutes proof of the commercial transaction. After the customer validates the order, Flamingueo will send an email to notify them of the purchase. Flamingueo reserves the right not to make a delivery if the customer has any dispute with Flamingueo.
