Returns

The return period for orders is 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to process the return. You may return the purchased item as long as it has not been opened or used and retains its seal or original packaging. The customer must be responsible for shipping costs to our warehouse.

Use and care

We recommend not overwetting the backrest, and letting it dry properly if it does get wet before storing it.
