SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS?

For shipments to Spain:

  • EXPRESS HOME DELIVERY. Except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. Home delivery costs €4.90 and is free for orders over €69.
  • PICK-UP AT POST OFFICE. Available exclusively for Spanish territory, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. For the peninsula, it costs €2.90 and is free for orders over €69. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, it costs €9.50. The customer cannot choose the office where they want to pick up the order, as the transport agency will assign it based on proximity according to the postal code indicated in the shipping address.

For shipments to Europe:

  • GERMANY, ITALY, FRANCE AND BELGIUM: Standard international shipping 4 to 7 days costs €5 and is free for orders over €130.
  • PORTUGAL: Standard international shipping 4 to 7 days costs €4.90 and is free for orders over €60.
  • PORTUGUESE ISLANDS: Express shipping Portugal 5 to 7 days costs €120.
  • Rest of Europe: Standard international shipping 4 to 7 days, shipping costs are €35. Some areas or postal codes may be excluded from these rates.

For international shipments:

  • HOME DELIVERY: Shipping costs will be calculated on the payment screen and will be approximately €70.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
  • National shipping (Spain): Between 1-3 business days (Approximately 4 to 7 days in the case of the Islands).
  • Shipping Portugal: Between 1-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: 5 to 7 business days.

The shipping period begins once the order has left our warehouses and the customer is notified that it has been shipped.

*Delivery times may be affected during holiday and promotional periods due to high order volume. Therefore, pre-ordered products will be shipped on the date indicated on the product page and will be delivered within the timeframe specified above after receiving confirmation that the package has been shipped.*

DO YOU SHIP TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA?

Yes, we ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. Currently, we only offer package pickup at a Post Office.

*Please note that shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla require a DNI/NIE (National Identity Document) to clear Customs.*

RETURNS

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

TO MAKE A RETURN, DO I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong product was shipped, in which case Flamingueo will cover the corresponding costs.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM.

We work very hard and do our best to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If any product is delivered with any defects or damage, the customer should contact our customer service department so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible at hola@flamingueo.com. The deadline for reporting a defect caused by the carrier is 15 business days from delivery.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel an order, provided the cancellation is communicated and approved by our customer service team before the order has been prepared for shipping. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hola@flamingueo.com, indicating your order number and the reason for cancellation. If the order has already been prepared or is in the hands of the carrier, it cannot be canceled.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We ship worldwide, although there may be exceptions depending on the country. You can see if your country is eligible and the costs directly on the checkout screen.

  • Portugal: international standard shipping (4 to 7 days) costs €4.90 and is free for orders over €60.
  • Portuguese Islands: express shipping Portugal (5 to 7 days) costs €120.
  • Germany, France, Belgium, and Italy: international standard shipping (4 to 7 days) costs €5 and is free for orders over €130.
  • Other destinations: home delivery. The cost will be calculated at checkout.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTY OR CUSTOMS TAXES?

Orders from outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs fees. These fees vary by country, so it's a good idea to check with your local customs office.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

For international orders we offer home delivery, with an approximate delivery time of 5 to 7 business days .

Delivery times may vary during holidays or promotions. Pre-order products will be shipped on the date indicated on their listing and then delivered within the usual timeframe once shipped.
