WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS?
For shipments to Spain:
- EXPRESS HOME DELIVERY. Except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Home delivery costs €4.90 and is free for orders over €60. - PICKUP AT POST OFFICE. Available exclusively for Spanish territory, including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
For the Iberian Peninsula, the cost is €2.90 and is free for orders over €60. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the cost is €9.50.
For International Shipping:
- HOME DELIVERY. Shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout screen.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
- National shipping (Spain): Between 1-3 business days (Approximately 4 to 7 days in the case of the Islands).
- Shipping to Portugal: Between 1-3 business days.
- International Shipping: 5 to 7 business days.
*Delivery times may be affected during holiday and promotional periods due to high order volume. Therefore, pre-ordered products will be shipped on the date indicated on the product page and will be delivered within the timeframe specified above after receiving confirmation that the package has been shipped.*
DO YOU SHIP TO THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA?
Yes, we ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. Currently, we only offer package pickup at a Post Office.
*Please note that shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla require a DNI/NIE (National Identity Document) to clear Customs.*
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to make a return.
Customers may exchange or return any item purchased from Flamingueo as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their seal or original packaging. Please note that Flamingueo reviews each returned product; if it does not meet the specified conditions, the amount will not be refunded. Some products are subject to specific return conditions indicated on the product information sheet.

We work very hard and do our best to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If any product is delivered with any defects or damage, please contact our customer service department so we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible at hola@flamingueo.com.

You may cancel an order, provided the cancellation is communicated and approved by our Customer Service team before the order has been prepared for shipping. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hola@flamingueo.com, including your order number and the reason for cancellation.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Forks! We ship worldwide. Although some exceptions may apply for some countries. You can check directly on the payment details screen, as well as the shipping costs.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES?
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs fees. Customs may vary from country to country, so you can contact your local customs office for further information.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For international orders we offer home delivery as the only delivery method, and it takes approximately 5 to 7 working days.

Therefore products purchased in pre-sale will be shipped on the date indicated on the product page and will be delivered whithin the time frame established after receiving the shipping confirmation by email.*
