General purchasing conditions
WARRANTY
To check your product's warranty, you must check the order date:
- Products purchased in 2021 and earlier have a 2-year warranty period, within which manufacturing defects will be covered for 1 year.
- Products purchased from January 1, 2022, will have a 3-year warranty, within which manufacturing defects will be covered for 2 years.
Remember that, even if your product is under warranty, it only covers manufacturing defects or faults . The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, impacts, improper use or handling other than those indicated in the user manuals, or improper installation not performed by our quality department. It also does not cover color deterioration due to exposure to sunlight or other non-recommended heat sources. It does not cover defects caused by short circuits or overloads in electronic products.
The cost of second shipments of products to which the warranty applies after 6 months of purchase will be borne directly by the buyer.
*Products belonging to the footwear and textile category will not be subject to the tax, as they are considered fungible goods that deteriorate, wear out, or are destroyed due to use.
It is very important to follow the instruction manuals included in our products and the descriptions on our website to ensure proper and safe use of Flamingueo products.
WARRANTY VOID CASES
- Warranty claims will not be accepted for items that are damaged and/or in poor condition or malfunction due to misuse.
- When the defects indicated are due to abnormal or improper use; normal wear and tear or aging; an accidental event; or, more generally, an external cause (such as unauthorized third-party intervention in the product).
-When the product shows clear signs of use beyond its capabilities, as well as obvious abuse in the form of impacts or damage caused by liquids or corrosive substances, as well as any other anomaly attributable to the consumer.
-Some products, by their very nature, have warranty seals. Tampering with or removing them voids the warranty.
-Those electronic products whose failure is caused by an electrical overload or short circuit unrelated to the use of the product.
