Shipping
Delivery times:
Product delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the country of delivery. Delivery will begin upon receipt of the order shipping confirmation email. Pre-order products will be shipped after the date indicated on the product sheet.
Delivery times in Spain (Peninsula) are 1 to 3 business days.
The delivery time for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is 4 to 7 business days. The only available delivery method is pickup at a Post Office closest to the postal code indicated in the shipping address.
International delivery times are 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery times may be affected in the following cases:
- Delivery issues (incorrect address, absent recipient, restricted delivery areas)
- Package held in customs
- Promotional periods: Holidays, Black Friday, Christmas, and sales due to high order volume and saturation of courier and delivery companies.
Shipping times:
Orders will be prepared and delivered to the shipping agency within 24-72 business hours, provided the customer provides correct shipping information. Order processing times may be affected during periods of high demand (holidays, sales, and promotions). No shipments will be made on holidays or weekends.
Shipping costs:
- SPAIN (Peninsula): FREE for orders over €59. Less than €59 will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected.
- CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA: fixed cost of €9.50 (For orders over €150, the customer must pay customs fees).
- PORTUGAL: FREE for orders over €60. Shipping costs are €4.90 for orders under €60. Shipping to the islands has a fixed cost of €120.
- FRANCE, BELGIUM, GERMANY, ITALY: FREE for orders over €100. Shipping costs are €5 for orders under €100.
- REST OF EUROPE: FREE for orders over €250. For orders under €250, shipping costs are €12. Some areas or postcodes may be excluded from these rates.
- INTERNATIONAL: €70. (Some areas or postal codes may be subject to higher shipping costs than indicated.)
- SWITZERLAND: Additional customs costs of around 7% of the invoice.

Additional information :
Delivery costs are specified on the invoice and in the order summary. Flamingueo works with the best courier companies to offer excellent service and applies standard shipping rates at no additional cost. The information provided by the customer is recorded on the Flamingueo website and constitutes proof of the commercial transaction. After the customer validates the order, Flamingueo will send an email notifying them of the purchase. Flamingueo reserves the right not to deliver in the event of a dispute with the customer.
