Shipping

Delivery times:

Product delivery times may vary based on product availability and the delivery country. The delivery period begins once the order shipment confirmation email has been received. Pre-order products will be shipped after the date indicated on the product page.

    Delivery times in Spain (Mainland) are 1 to 3 business days.

    International delivery times are 5 to 7 business days.

    Delivery times may be affected in the following cases:

    • Delivery issues (incorrect address, absent recipient, restricted delivery areas)
    • Package held in customs
    • Promotional periods: holidays, Black Friday, Christmas, and sales due to high order volume and the saturation of courier and delivery companies.

    Shipping times:

    Orders will be prepared and handed over to the transport agency within 24-72 business hours, provided that the shipping details provided by the customer are correct. Order preparation times may be affected during periods of high demand (holidays, offers, and promotions). Shipments will not be made on holidays or weekends.

    Shipping costs:

    Free shipping is not active during promotional periods.

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the selected delivery method:

    • Spain (Mainland): free shipping for orders over €75. For orders under €75, the cost is €4.90 for home delivery or €2.90 for pickup at a Correos office.
    • Balearic Islands: €6 for pickup at a Correos office.
    • Canary Islands: €20 for pickup at a Correos office.
    • Portugal: €5.90.
    • France and Italy: €10.
    • Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Poland: €8.
    • Rest of Europe: €20 for available destinations.
    • United Kingdom: €100.
    • Rest of the world: €100 for available destinations.

    Available destinations and the final amount of shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process, before payment is made.

    Shipping of heavy products:

    Large mirrors and umbrella bases have special transport conditions due to their dimensions and/or weight.

    These products can only be shipped to the following destinations:

    • Spain (Mainland) and Portugal: €15
    • France: €40
    • Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Poland: €20

    Heavy products are not shipped to other destinations.

    The transport rate for heavy products is special and independent of free shipping promotions. Therefore, it will always be applied even if the order reaches the minimum amount required for free shipping.

    Additional information:

    Delivery costs are specified on the invoice and the order summary. Flamingueo works with the best courier companies to offer good service and applies standard shipping rates without added costs. The information provided by the customer is recorded on the Flamingueo website and constitutes proof of the commercial transaction. After the customer validates the order, Flamingueo will send an email to notify them of the purchase. Flamingueo reserves the right not to make a delivery in the event that the customer has a dispute with Flamingueo.
