Shipping costs :

Shipping to Spain: FREE on orders over €60. Orders under €60 are calculated during checkout based on the selected delivery method. Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla They cost €9.50 (when the purchase value is greater than €150, the customer must pay customs fees).

Shipping to Portugal: FREE for orders over €60. Shipping costs are €4.90 for orders under €49.

Shipping to Europe: FREE for orders over €250. Shipping costs are €12 for orders under €250 . Some areas or postcodes may be excluded from these rates.

International Shipping: Shipping costs are €70 . Some areas or postal codes may be subject to higher shipping costs than indicated.

Shipments to Switzerland will incur an additional customs fee of approximately 7% of the invoice.

Delivery costs are specified on the invoice and in the order summary. Flamingueo works with the best courier companies to offer excellent service and applies standard shipping rates at no additional cost.

Orders :

The information provided by the customer is recorded on the Flamingueo website and constitutes proof of the commercial transaction. After the customer validates the order, Flamingueo will send an email notifying them of the purchase. Flamingueo reserves the right not to make a delivery if the customer has a dispute with Flamingueo.

Delivery times :

Delivery times within mainland Spain are 1 to 3 business days . Unless the product is out of stock, which would significantly extend the delivery time, the customer will be notified in any case. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, we only offer package pickup at a Post Office, and delivery times are 4 to 7 business days .

International delivery times are 5 to 7 business days . Unless out-of-stock items are purchased, the delivery time would be significantly longer. In any case, the customer will be notified.

Normal delivery times may be extended during promotional periods, holidays, Black Friday, or Christmas due to the high volume of work during these dates.
