Returns

Changes or returns:

Flamingueo guarantees its customers the ability to cancel their order at any time and free of charge, provided the cancellation is communicated and approved by our team before the order has been prepared and made available to the carrier for shipment.

The customer has a period of fifteen calendar days* from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. The customer must notify Flamingueo within the stipulated period and via hola@flamingueo.com of their desire to exercise their right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered along with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued to Flamingueo, with the customer being responsible for the return shipping costs.

The return period for orders placed during the Christmas period (from December 1st to January 5th) will have an extended return period until January 13th, 2025 , or 15 days from receipt if this requires a longer period than indicated.

Customers may return any item purchased from Flamingueo as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their seal or original packaging. Please note that Flamingueo reviews each returned product; if it does not meet the specified conditions, the amount will not be refunded. If the return meets the conditions, Flamingueo will refund the amount for the products corresponding to the order. Under no circumstances will it refund the amount for shipping to the customer's address. This refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The customer must cover the shipping costs to our offices. Once the product has been inspected and meets the aforementioned requirements, we will refund the product.

Returns will be reviewed within a maximum of 10 business days, starting on the next business day after delivery to the warehouse.

If a product other than the one ordered by the customer is delivered due to an error by Flamingueo or is broken or damaged, it will be removed and the correct or new product will be delivered at no additional charge to the buyer, provided that the purchaser complies within fifteen days of purchase.

In this case, the customer should write to hola@flamingueo.com attaching photos and details of the problem with the product.

If the package is held at the shipping office for more than 15 days and is returned to our warehouse because the customer did not request or collect it, the customer will be refunded the price of the products, but in no case will the price of the shipment already made be refunded. If the customer wishes to have the product reshipped, they must place a new order, as the previous one will be returned.

In the following cases, the buyer will be refunded the amount of the products, but in no case will the amount of the shipment already made be refunded:

  • The package is held at the destination branch for more than 15 days and is returned to our warehouse because the customer did not request or collect it.
  • In case the address is incomplete or incorrect, and we have not received a response from the customer
Returns outside the deadline are not accepted.

Refunds:

Refunds will be accepted when a return is approved. Customers have the same amount of time as for a return, which is fifteen calendar days. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and depending on your bank, it may take up to 14 days for the money to appear in your account.
