Where is my order?

Which number should I enter?

• Order number: begins with # and consists of 5 digits (for example, #12345). You can find it in your order confirmation email.
• Tracking number: this is the number assigned by the shipping company. You will receive it by email once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

• You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse.
