SHIPPING:
- Home delivery: 24 to 72 working hours. Office pickup: 3 to 4 working days. Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: shipping with pickup at a Post Office: 4 to 7 working days. International shipping: 3 to 7 working days.

Delivery times begin once the package has been shipped. These may be affected during holiday periods and promotions due to the high volume of orders, as well as products purchased on pre-order.

RETURNS:
You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return. You can return the item as long as it has not been opened or used and retains its original seal or packaging. The customer must cover the shipping costs to our warehouse.

Some items have special return conditions, which you can consult in the product details section:

• Thermos with straw cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Large decorative mirrors cannot be returned once the packaging box has been opened.
• In packs and 2x1 promotions, only the complete pack is returned.
