SHIPPING:
Delivery times begin once the package has been shipped. These may be affected during holiday periods and promotions due to the high volume of orders, as well as products purchased on pre-order.
- Spain (Peninsula): approximately 2 to 4 business days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4 to 7 business days (excluding customs).

RETURNS:
You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return. You can return the item as long as it has not been opened or used and retains its original seal or packaging. The customer must cover the shipping costs to our warehouse.

Some items have special return conditions, which you can consult in the product details section:

• Pour des raisons d'hygiène, les bouteilles isothermes ne peuvent généralement pas être retournées.
• Les grands miroirs décoratifs ne peuvent pas être retournés une fois que l'emballage a été ouvert.
• Pour les lots et les promotions « 2 pour le prix d'un », seul le lot complet peut être retourné.
