SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING:
- Home delivery: 24 to 72 business hours. Pick-up at office: 3 to 4 business days. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: shipping with pick-up at a post office: 4 to 7 business days. International shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery times begin once the package has been shipped. These may be affected during holiday periods and promotions due to the high volume of orders, as well as products purchased on pre-order.
RETURNS:
You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return. You may return the item provided it has not been opened or used and retains its original seal or packaging. The customer must cover the shipping costs to our warehouse.
Some items have special return conditions, which you can consult in the product details section:
- Thermos bottles in general are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
- Large decorative mirrors cannot be returned once the packaging box has been opened.
- In packs and 2-for-1 promotions, only the complete pack can be returned.
