SHIPPING:
Delivery times begin once the package has been dispatched. These may be affected during holiday periods and promotions due to high order volumes, as well as products purchased on pre-order.

RETURNS:
You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return. You may return the item as long as it has not been opened or used and retains its original seal or packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our warehouse.

Some items have special return conditions, which you can consult in the product details section:

• Thermos bottles in general are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
• Large decorative mirrors cannot be returned once the packaging box has been opened.
• For packs and 2-for-1 promotions, only the complete pack can be returned.
