Delivery times:

Product delivery times may vary depending on product availability and delivery country. The delivery period will begin once the shipping confirmation email has been received. Pre-sale products will be shipped after the date indicated on the product page.

    Delivery times in Spain (Peninsula) are 1 to 3 business days.

    The delivery time for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is 4 to 7 business days. The only available delivery method will be collection at the nearest post office to the postal code indicated in the shipping address.

    International delivery times are 5 to 7 business days.

    Delivery times may be affected in the following cases:

    • Delivery incidents (incorrect address, recipient absent, restricted delivery zones)
    • Package held in customs
    • Promotional periods: holidays, Black Friday, Christmas, and sales due to high volume of orders and saturation of courier and delivery companies.

    Shipping times:

    Orders will be prepared and delivered to the transport agency within 24-72 business hours, provided that the shipping details provided by the customer are correct. Order preparation times may be affected during periods of high demand (holidays, offers, and promotions). Shipments will not be made on holidays or weekends.

    Shipping costs:

    • SPAIN (Peninsula): FREE for orders over 75€. Under 75€ calculated during checkout based on the selected delivery method.
    • CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA: fixed cost of 9.50€ (For orders over 150€, the customer must pay customs fees).
    • BALEARIC ISLANDS: FREE for orders over 85€. Under 85€ calculated during checkout based on the selected delivery method.
    • PORTUGAL: FREE for orders over 75€. Under 75€, the shipping cost is 5.90€. Shipments to the Islands have a fixed cost of 120€.
    • FRANCE, BELGIUM, GERMANY, ITALY: FREE for orders over 150€. Under 150€, shipping costs are 8€.
    • USA AND SOUTH AMERICA: 80€. Some areas or postal codes may be subject to higher shipping costs than indicated or be excluded from these rates.
    • EU: 40€ - 50€ depending on the zone. Some areas or postal codes may be subject to higher shipping costs than indicated or be excluded from these rates.
    • SWITZERLAND: additional customs cost of approximately 7% of the invoice.
    • OTHER: 100€.

    Heavy products such as mirrors and umbrella bases have special shipping:

    • Peninsula: 5€
    • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and France: 15€
    • Portugal, Germany, and Italy: 10€
    • UK, Cyprus, and Malta: 150€

    Additional information:

    Delivery costs are specified in the invoice and order summary. Flamingueo works with the best courier companies to offer a good service and applies standard shipping rates without added cost. The data provided by the customer is registered on the Flamingueo website and constitutes proof of the commercial transaction. After the customer validates the order, Flamingueo will send an email to confirm the purchase. Flamingueo reserves the right not to make a delivery if the customer has any dispute with Flamingueo.
